How to quickly learn basketball skills and get started with basketball quickly?
The training methods of basketball technical movements, including basketball foot movement technology, basketball passing and receiving technology, dribbling technology, shooting technology, rebounding technology, etc. Contacting basic skills is the foundation of playing basketball well. It can not only improve basketball skills, but also save physical exertion and reduce injuries.
Basic basketball skills and practice methods:
basketball footwork technique
Foot movement techniques for basketball training and competition, including basic stance posture, starting, running, jumping, emergency stop, turning, sliding, attacking step and other movement technical specifications.
Basic basketball posture
Players should always maintain a stable and mobile stance on the court. Stand with your feet forward and backward (or left and right), shoulder-width apart, with your knees bent and your weight between your legs. The upper body is slightly forward, and the arms are bent at the sides of the body. Look at the situation on the field.
Starting – On the basketball court, starting is a method of changing from a static state to a moving state to obtain the initial speed of movement. In the starting position, the back foot is forward or the other foot, the front foot is short and powerful, and the upper body is quickly leaned forward or turned sideways, the arms swing in coordination, and quickly step in the direction of running. The first two or three steps of the start should be short and continuous pedaling.
Running – a method of increasing the speed by changing the position of the players on the court during running. There are three types of running, running sideways, and running with variable speed.
A method in which a player suddenly changes direction while running. If you change direction to the left, after pressing the ground with your right foot, step forward with your right foot to the left, and continue to accelerate forward. Running sideways is a method for players to catch the ball or grab a position during running. When the player runs forward, the toes point to the forward direction, the head and upper body are twisted in the direction of the ball, and the changes on the field are observed. Variable speed running is the use of speed changes to gain the initiative in running. When accelerating, the upper body leans forward and pushes backwards with the soles of the forefoot. .
Jumping – Jumping is a technical movement for players to strive for height and distance on the field. There are one-legged jumps and double-legged jumps. When taking off, the upper limbs swing upwards rapidly, and the lower limbs push the ground hard; when landing, the forefoot falls first, and the knees are bent to cushion.
EMERGENCY STOP – An emergency stop is a way for players to brake suddenly on the field. Commonly used emergency stop methods include step emergency stop and jump emergency stop.
Turning – Turning is a movement method that uses strides and body rotations to change standing position and direction.
Turn the front turn and the back turn. Before turning around, bend your knees slightly, lean your upper body slightly forward, and place your weight between your legs. When turning around, the center of gravity turns to the pivot foot, and the forefoot of the moving foot pushes on the ground to step, and at the same time, the pivot foot pushes the ground with the forefoot as the axis, and the upper body rotates with the moving foot, changing the direction of the body forward or backward.
Slide – Slide is the main movement method of a player when defending, and it is divided into three types: side slide, front slide and back slide.
Slide to the left, kick the inside of the forefoot of your back foot, step your left foot out to the left, and slide your back foot along with your left foot. When moving, open your arms and keep your knees bent and your center of gravity low. During the movement, keep your body up and down smoothly without heaving. The technical points of other directions are similar, but the direction is the same.
Attack Step – The Attack Step is a movement in which the defending player steps forward suddenly.
When making an attacking step, the back foot is on the ground, the front foot is quickly stepped forward, the front foot is on the ground, the front foot of the rear foot is on the ground, the back foot is bent, the center of gravity is backward, and the hand on the same side of the foot is extended.
